I pride myself on creating stunning and natural looks that will leave you feeling confident and beautiful. I accept cash payment or card payment with Gloss Genius 3.5% convenient fee. In order to provide the best possible experience for all clients, I have a strict cancellation policy. Any no-shows, no-calls will be subject to a 100% fee of your service (non-negotiable and non-refundable). Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 70% fee of your service. I understand that things happen, but if you are unable to make your appointment within 24hrs, please contact me as soon as possible. Customers with a history of two no-shows or two late cancellations are not eligible to book future appointments. I allow a grace period of 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and please understand that I may cant complete the full service you desire. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late, it may result in cancellation of the appointment, and your standard cancellation policy may apply. Please take your time and carefully read through the services that I offer. If you are unsure about which service to select, I am happy to provide free consultations via text message. To ensure the utmost quality and comfort for my clients, I ask that you limit your guests to one extra person and refrain from bringing children. I stand behind my work and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every appointment. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please let me know before you leave so that I may make it right. My service is non-refundable and non-transferable. I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
